For schools and districts
Buy it the way a district actually buys things.
Purchase orders, multi-year terms, seat management and a named person who answers email. Plus a straight answer about student data before you have to ask twice.
What a district licence includes
Seats, not headcount guesswork
Teacher seats are the unit. Students are covered by their teacher and are never counted or charged.
Purchase orders
Invoicing against a PO, multi-year terms, and a start date that matches your school year rather than the day somebody clicked buy.
Seat transfers
A teacher leaves, the seat moves. Their classes and the students in them are not orphaned.
A written data posture
Where records live, who can read them, what leaves the building and what we will never do with it. In plain language, before you sign anything.
Department reporting
The mastery view across a class, and the same view across the classes a department runs, so a head of languages can see where a whole cohort is thin.
A person, not a portal
Small company, so support is a person who knows the product. That is an advantage now and it is the thing to ask us about as we grow.
The process
Three steps, one to two business days
- 1
Send the form
District details, a contact, and the number of teacher seats and years you want quoted.
- 2
We confirm by email
If anything is unclear you get one email asking, not a discovery call.
- 3
A written quote
Within one to two business days, with the terms you asked for, ready to attach to a requisition.
Where we are honest
What a district should know before buying
This is a new product from a small company. That has real advantages for you: the price is lower, the person answering your email built the thing, and a feature your department needs can genuinely move up the list. It also has real risks, and you should weigh them.
- There is no rostering integration yet. Classes work through join codes.
- We have no third party security certification. The data posture page describes exactly what we do and do not do, and you can audit it.
- The library is a starter library. It is the right size for a first year and it is not yet the size of a mature catalogue.
- Audio is device text to speech rather than recorded native speakers.
