Features
Everything in the platform, in one place.
Nothing on this page is coming soon. If it is listed here it is in the build you get today.
Learning
What a learner gets
The hook engine
Four sources in order: yours, your teacher's class pack, the house set, and generated on demand. Underneath all four a sound-alike engine that needs no key at all.
FSRS scheduling
Stability and difficulty per card, server authoritative, with learning steps for the same-day part of a card's life. Honest interval labels on all four buttons before you press one.
Eight review styles
Recognition, production, typing, multiple choice, cloze, listening, and two hook prompts. Cards still being learned stay on the gentle styles.
Audio in every language
Words, examples and whole stories read aloud, with the voice picked per language and per sentence.
Graded stories
Tap any word for its meaning, hear the whole thing read, add the story's vocabulary in one tap, then answer the challenge.
Memory palaces
Rooms, stops in a fixed order, one word parked at each. A guided walk mode hides each answer until you have tried for it.
Progress that means something
Memory stages, true retention, ninety days of history, a thirty day forecast of what is coming, and a vocabulary estimate with the caveat attached.
Decks and search
Filter the library by topic, level or your own state, then add one word or the whole page. Build and save your own decks.
Your data, portable
Import a word list from a spreadsheet. Export every card and every hook you have written as JSON, whenever you want.
Teaching
What a teacher gets on top
Classes and rosters
Unlimited classes, six character join codes, and a roster you can read in one glance.
Five kinds of assignment
Learn a deck, read a story and pass its challenge, do a number of reviews, write your own hooks, or build a memory palace.
A gradebook that recomputes
Grades are worked out from the underlying records every time you open it, so a number on this screen is never a counter that drifted.
Trouble words
What the class is losing, ranked by forgets per student, with the average difficulty beside it.
Class hook packs
Write a hook once and push it to every student in the class, where it outranks the house version.
Students keep their accounts
The memory model belongs to the student. Nothing is lost when a class ends or a licence rolls over.
