Roadmap

What is coming, and what we decided against.

No dates, because a date from a one person company is a guess dressed up. Order is real and it moves when customers push it.

Next

Being worked on now

In progress

Spanish to a thousand words

Depth before breadth. A thousand words and thirty stories in one language beats ten languages at a hundred and twenty each.

Next

Recorded native audio

Device speech is fine and it is not the same as a person. Starting with the Spanish core.

Next

Rostering integration

Class sync so a district does not have to hand out codes. Named by more than one school and it is moving up.

Later

Wanted, not started

Scheduler fitted to you

Weights trained on your own review history. Needs a few thousand reviews from a person before it helps, so it is a second year feature by nature.

Placement test

So somebody arriving at B1 does not have to skim a library and tick boxes.

Stories built from your own words

Generate a story from the exact set a learner already knows. The strongest idea on this list and the one most likely to be got wrong in a hurry.

Department reporting

The mastery view across every class a school runs, not just one.

More languages

Only after the first ten are deep. Adding an eleventh thin language helps nobody.

Third party security audit

When district demand justifies the cost. Ask for it on a quote and it counts.

Decided against

Leaderboards between students

Ranking a class by vocabulary size punishes the people who need the most help, in public. The class view is for the teacher.

Streak punishment

No lost hearts, no broken chains, no guilt mail. The schedule waits, and a person who missed three days has not lost anything.

Selling anything to anybody

No data sales, no advertising, no third party trackers on a page a fourteen year old might load.

Push something up the list

Customers move the order. Say what you need.
