Your account
One person per account. You are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think somebody else is using it.
What you own
The hooks you write, the decks you build and your review history are yours. You can export them at any time. We do not claim ownership of anything you create, and we will not use your work to train anything.
What we own
The software, the shipped word lists, the shipped hooks and the stories. You may use them inside the product, including with your classes. You may not republish the library as your own product.
Payment
- Plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from the billing screen
- A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then drops to the free limits
- School plans are governed by the quote and the purchase order, which take precedence over this page
Fair use
Do not share one licence across a department, resell access, or run automated traffic against the API. Generation limits are per person and per month and they are enforced.
Ending it
You can stop at any time and export your data first. We can end an account for abuse or non payment, and if we do we will tell you why and give you a window to export.
No promises we cannot keep
The product is provided as it is. It will have bugs. We will fix them. We do not guarantee that you will learn a language, because that part is yours.
